Collection: Custom Wobot Shop

The Custom Shop is temporarily closed while we prepare for Summer Markets!

How it works:

Custom Wobots are a cute lil way to see yourself (or others!) living that robot life! A custom Wobot design includes basic personalization (hair, outfit, etc.) and accessories within reason for each Wobot (more complex requests will require a separate custom order request). Current turnaround time for custom Wobots is 2-4 weeks.

• STEP 1: Place your order
  • Choose the number of custom Wobot designs you'd like in our Custom Wobots listing (see the bottom of this page!)
    
  • Add any special personalized details for your Wobot in the personalization box on the order page, please be specific :)
  • Decide if you want to add sticker sheets of your custom Wobot design(s) to your order
  • Check out and place your custom order!*
  • *If your custom order includes custom sticker sheets (not just a digital file) and you have other items in your cart, all items will ship together when your custom order is finished and approved. Please note that the turnaround time for custom orders is 2-4 weeks depending on order volume.
• STEP 2: Share reference photos 
  • Send an email to hello@planetwobot.com with reference photos for your Wobot(s). Be sure to use the same email address with which you placed your order. 
• STEP 3: Receive proof
  • A digital proof of each Wobot design will be emailed to you within 7 days of placing your custom order. Proofs will be watermarked; final designs will have the watermark removed.
  • After receiving and reviewing the proof, please either approve the design(s) or request edits (if you need edits, please be as specific as possible for each design).
  • If approved, reply to the email with a simple "approved" and we will email your final .png file(s), and if you ordered stickers, begin sticker production.
• STEP 4: Get your goods!
  • If you ordered a custom Wobot without any physical products, then your final .png file will be emailed to you once approved. If you ordered multiple Wobots, one file will be sent per Wobot design.
  • If you ordered custom Wobot sticker sheets, then your final .png file will be emailed to you once approved, and your stickers will be produced after that. You'll receive a shipping notification email when your order has shipped. If you ordered other non-custom items, all goods will ship together when the custom order is complete (turnaround time is 2-4 weeks for custom products).

Have a more complex custom order request? Think lots of detail (3+ accessories, adding pets, kids, etc. to one design) or more than 4 custom Wobot designs - please submit a Custom Request Form. My ability to fulfill more complex custom orders will vary over time depending on current orders.
