Domestic Shipping Rates

  • Domestic packages that weigh less than 8 ounces will ship via USPS Ground Advantage ($5.50)
  • Domestic packages that weigh between 8.1-12 ounces will ship via USPS Ground Advantage ($7)
  • Domestic packages that weigh more than 12 ounces up to 3 pounds will ship via USPS Priority Mail ($11)
  • Domestic packages that weigh more than 3 pounds will ship via USPS Priority Mail ($15)

Changes to USPS Services

USPS has the following changes to their service:

  • Effective October 1, 2021, existing one-day to three-day service standards will change to one to five days for first-class mail.

General Shipping Info

Generally, processing can take anywhere from 3-10 business days from purchase date unless otherwise stated at checkout. This timeline is subject to change depending on current order volume. Please keep this in mind when placing an order.

Planet Wobot is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once orders have been handed off to the shipping provider, we cannot make guarantees about delivery.

Please double check your shipping address before placing an order. Orders will be shipped to the address included at checkout. If an incorrect or inaccurate address is provided, delays in delivery may occur, or the item may not be deliverable. It is the buyer's responsibility to pay for a new order and additional shipping. 

Domestic Delivery Timelines

Under normal circumstances, orders may take anywhere from 3-7 business days to be delivered via USPS First Class Mail. Under unusual circumstances (COVID-19, USPS policy changes, weather events, etc.) or during periods of increased mail volume, deliveries may take up to 14 business days or longer. Once an order is marked as shipped, the order is in the hands of the US Postal Service. Please check your tracking information for updates in the delivery trail. If you have questions about your order once it has shipped, please contact your local USPS office and provide them with your tracking number. 

International Shipping
