Wobot's Little Mail Club

Once a month, a little envelope containing a mix of hand-drawn Planet Wobot stickers & stationery is sent to your mailbox! We love a bit of happy mail, and this particular envelope is special -- every month, you can expect:

  • A cohesive new theme - everything in the mail club is unreleased and brand new!
  • 2 sticker sheets
  • 1/2 sheet of panel stickers (1.5 in wide)
  • Coloring page
  • Mystery stationery item! This is the only item that varies month-to-month.

Subscription Details:

  • How to Enroll in Wobot's Little Mail Club (WLMC):
    • To receive the current month's letter, join between the 1st and 10th of that month (e.g., to receive March's letter, join between March 1-10).
    • If you enroll from the 11th of the month to the last day of the month, then you will start with the next month's letter (e.g., If you join on February 16th, you'll start with March's letter. If you join between March 11th and March 31st, you'll start with April's letter).
  • Mail Club letters are sent on the 15th of each month (or the next closest business day after the 15th)
  • Cancel/skip/pause anytime! WLMC is designed to bring cuteness to your mailbox without the stress. 
  • WLMC features designs not yet in the shop - get a preview of future releases and see what's in store!
  • Beginning with the April 2026 letter, specific designs and letter contents will be shared ahead of time via email and on Instagram. We want folks to feel confident in what they've purchased by seeing exactly what will be in each letter to best decide whether they want to enroll, pause, skip, or cancel. We want you to be informed!

Notes & Policies

  • Enrollment is always open! If you join between the 1st-10th of the month, then you will start with the current month's letter (e.g., sign up on Feb 5, receive February's letter). If you join between the 11th and the last day of the month, then you will start with next month's letter (e.g., sign up on Feb 23rd, receive March's letter). 
  • Recurring automatic payments take place each month on the day in which you enrolled (e.g., if you sign up on March 3, you will be charged again on April 3).
  • WLMC shipments are sent via stamped mail on the 15th (within 1-2 business days depending on weekend and/or federal holiday timing) of each month. 
  • Processing & Shipping:
    • Wobot's Little Mail Club is sent via stamped mail only -- there is no tracking included.
    • Combining Orders: If additional items are purchased at the same time as the first WLMC subscription, then we can combine items into one package at the customer's request. Please make a note in your cart if you'd like everything to ship in one package. The entire order will ship on the 15th of the month in which the subscription begins. By default, WLMC will be sent on its own via stamped mail and the remaining items will be shipped separately with tracking included.
    • Please double check your shipping address when placing an order. Incorrect shipping addresses may cause delays in you receiving your order and/or mail returned to Planet Wobot.
    • Planet Wobot is not responsible for lost or damaged mail items. Once a letter is sent, it's in the hands of the USPS.
  • Billing and Subscription Management:
    • Pause, skip, or cancel your subscription any time before the next month's billing date. Manage your subscriptions here. 
    • If a billing attempt fails, the system will automatically retry the payment method once a day for 5 days. You can update the payment method in your account, if needed. If all retry attempts fail, then the subscription will be skipped for that month but your subscription will remain active and resume with the next successful billing cycle.
    • Payment details are stored securely in your account; Planet Wobot does not have access to your payment information.
