Due to the nature of personalized products, custom orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once work has begun.

Regular Merchandise - Damage in Transit

We want you to love your goodies! If any of our products arrive in less than stellar condition, please email us a photo at hello@planetwobot.com and we'll be happy to assist.

Regular Merchandise - Standard Returns

Unopened goods in their original packaging can be fully refunded within 30 days of purchase. Customer is responsible for return shipping. To begin a return, please email us at hello@planetwobot.com with your order number, item(s) to return, and reason for return.
